PIANC Smart-Rivers 2019 fand vom 30.09. bis 03.10.2019 in Lyon statt. Diese seit 2009 speziell für die Binnenwasserstraßen konzipierte Veranstaltungsreihe befasste sich 2019 mit den folgenden Themen:
